About TISE

By their very nature, private schools are varying and unique. Each school’s structure, needs and priorities are different which necessitates a targeted timetabling approach to enable efficient utilization of the available resources. Yet, many schools use generic and inept, off-the-shelf scheduling software.

The realization that a better solution was simply not available on the market led us to become that solution. Since then, we’ve enabled countless leadership teams to focus on where they want to take the school by letting us worry about the “how”.

What Makes Us Different

Solution Oriented
We don’t sell you a fishing rod or a “Fishing 101” webinar. We offer you a freshly caught fish prepared to-order which you can send back, free of charge, as many times as it takes for us to get your order just right. In short, we sell solutions, not generic timetabling software or vague consulting advice.

Timetabling is an “NP-complete” type of problem which means that although some are better than others, no algorithm can quickly find the ideal solution. This is why we don’t rely of generic timetabling software and instead develop custom algorithms for each and every client. It allows us to precisely target what’s important for that school and find solutions no one else can.

Independent schools are all unique with different programs, structures, resources and priorities which is why generic approaches so often fail to hit the mark. We create custom algorithms for our clients and working with source code allows us to precisely target every one of their constraints.
